Your consent will be obtained before such information is collected. Access will be protected and the information will be stored with appropriate safeguards.

Information will be retained only as long as required to complete the assignment which requires it unless you consent to retention for a longer period and for a specific purpose. Information will either be destroyed or returned to you when no longer required.

Personal information will not be released to any other party unless this is required as part of the project concerned and you provide permission for release. Robinson HR Services will require third parties to handle and store such information appropriately.
